Anna Fra is a London-based therapist with over 20 years of experience in shiatsu and clinical psychology. Her work integrates the wisdom of Chinese medicine with the psychological insights of the Enneagram to promote holistic well-being. Anna offers individual sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and interpersonal relationships.
